  How do yo get back to default spacing in premiere bin?

  I’m on a macbook pro and I did something weird with the trackpad and got double spacing for my clips in one of my bins. I want to put it back to normal, but can’t figure out how. How do you get back to single spacing? And how do I prevent that from happening again?
