  How do I tweak non-bin Font settings?

  We just added two 20″ Apple Cinema Displays to our HP Adrenaline, and they ROCK!

  However, the size of the font in the “utility” palattes (capture, effect, etc) now look tiny when we set the displays to their best setting.

  I know how to use Set Font to make the bins and project palettes look readable, but how do you tweak the font settings for everything else?
