  how do i recompress my .avi footage in tcp

  hi experts,,

  i have 720×576 .avi footage with 16:9 ratio…
  with what settings should i convert this footage to make compatible with FCP…

  i cant re grab the footage ….. so suggest me the best way to Recompress with Media manager in FCP
