There are two ways you can do it:
1. Use the reflection channel with a Type: Anisotropic layer. There are a lot of settings to play with here but it can produce a very nice result with some trial and error;
2. Use the Effects>Lumas shader in a material’s luminance channel with the Anistoropic option turned on. Again, there are a number of settings and it takes some experimentation. This is less realistic than the reflectance option but it renders faster.
