How do I make a background like this?
Hi I really need help as to how the person who made this visualiser would have made the background. Someone on Adobe help thought they must’ve used CC Kaleida but I can’t figure out how they got the look they did. Any help would be greatly appreciated

I think the Kaleida settings will be a large size (so you only get one element) and the mirroring set to wheel. Keyframing the rotation will get you the spinning.
For the shapes, it’s probably just a case of messing with settings of Fractal Noise, so that the width is much longer than the height and the noise type set to block.
