    Ive seen this asked a few times, looks like 4 years ago, and only once did it get a response, and it didnt make much sense to us newbies.

    -using particle illusion SE only
    how do you take an effect like “transport 3) and increase its duration from 50 frames to 150 frames, for example?
    please list clear steps for those of us who are very new.

    It depends on the exact emitter.

    In the case of “transport 03”:

    1) select the emitter (topmost) “number” property in the hierarchy

    2) look at the graph window. Move the right 2 data points (where number steps down to 0) to the right to whatever frame you need it to be.

    Done.
