    How do I imitate this effect?

    Hi,

    I have been trying on and off for a few months now to imitate this effect. I have tried using trapcode 3D Stroke and I have spent a little time using particular but they don’t provide sufficient control on the ‘swoosh’ effect.

    Please can someone guide me to the right direction of re-creating this effect:

    Particular with a custom particle will do exactly that.
    But dont expect to get it quickly if you’ve only spent “a little time” with particular.

    btw – There is a tutorial on here somewhere that will get you close to this,….I think its an “Ipod ad” tut….
