I am working on a video interview in which the interviewee has glasses on and it seems to have caught or reflected the backdrop in the corner of his glasses. Is there anyway to get rid of this? It’s like the corner of his glasses over his face takes on the photo in the background.

It seems to me that the light is hitting the backdrop and then coming back through the backside of his glasses. I am in need of some advice!

Fixing an eyeglass reflection in one still image in photoshop is tough enough. After killing the camera operator, you have your work cut out as video is 30 still images every second and even a few seconds will take forever.
I would import one still frame into Photoshop, fix it, select just the fixed glasses, invert the selection, delete all but the glasses and import the .psd back into Premiere, overlaying it over the video and keyframing any motion/scale to match the video…this could be accomplished in your lifetime.

Or if you don’t have a lifetime to wait you could try using the luminance portion of the signal (and a subtle soft edge crop or garbage matte) to luma key out the brightest portion of the offending video.

I have to say, this doesn’t always work but you’ve not got much too lose by trying.
