  • How do I get pixel-to-pixel playback in Adobe Premiere?

Posted by Benjamin Finkel on April 6, 2013 at 1:03 am

I have a dual monitor setup. On my left screen is the Adobe Premiere CS6 interface and on the right is a full screen view of my video (not the Program Monitor). The problem, and I never thought I’d say this was a problem, is that my screens resolution is higher than HD. It is 2048×1152. I would like to see a true pixel-to-pixel representation of my video with black bars on all four sides instead of a 107% scaled up version. In FCP7, I just changed the Video Playback setting from “Digital Cinema Desktop Preview – Full Screen” to “Digital Cinema Desktop Preview – RAW”. Is there a Premiere equivalent?
