I just finished editing and would like to put my finished product on a DVD. If someone could please tell me how to do this or give me a link to an simple description of how to do this, that would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks in advance,

    Allen

[Allen Sutton] “or give me a link to an simple description of how to do this”

Unfortunately, there is no SIMPLE way to do this. You’ll need to go into detail regarding your system, what programs you have available, etc. It will invovlve several days of testing to get the right formula. Here is a link to the Avid forums on a series of tutorials:

Scroll down about half way to the ‘How to DVD’ section. You’ll find a wealth of information. I will tell you that using DVD-R discs will help your cause – they will work with most DVD players out there.

Please post back if you have more specific questions.
