How do I get a finished 2K project
I need to finish my project to 2K (shot on the Red) I have sent it to color, However I don’t intend to attempt color grading myself. I believe there are settings in color to send back to final cut a 2K project. I just don’t understand the workflow or see the settings.

Why did you send it to Color if you aren’t doing the final grade? Don’t. Get the project into the hands of someone who will be doing the final grade. If they use COlor, they’ll do what needs to be done. You don’t send to Color as a way to prep the footage…doesn’t work that way.

You need to speak to the online editor who’s going to do the final conform and discuss your options with them. You also need to know what your final deliverables are, that may effect the options that you want to take.
