How do I do this effect (link included)?

Hey, guys. I’m sure this is an easy one for you, but how can I achieve this effect?:

I’ve tried numerous tactics and achieved a similar result, but I can’t seem to get the heavy saturation achieved in the above example. Any help would be most appreciated.

If you are talking about the photo part

Convert to Grayscale.. experiment with Sketch and Artistic filters

Then use blending modes
