  How do I create this audio player?

  I want to have thumbnails with play symbols on them, and when someone clicks on it, it plays at the bottom or top of the page in a player. I just got WordPress up and running but I can’t seem to find a plugin that can do this. Please see example websites of what I have in mind, thanks.
