  • How do I create a multiclip in FCPX after syncing angles with pluraleyes?

I have wedding ceremony sequence with 3 cameras. everything’s all synced using Pluraleyes and I can’t seem to figure out how to take all the separate clips and create a multiclip. The “create multiclip” function is disabled when I select all the clips to be multiclipped in the timeline. Is there another way to do it in FCPX?

The current version of PluralEyes creates a multicam clip automatically. Look for an event with the project name followed by “mc”.

Aha! I watched Pluraleyes’s video on how to use it with FCPX and you’d think they’d mention that, but they didn’t. Thanks!

There’s a newer version of the video on YouTube now.
