    How do i create a cutlist that can be imported into a Spirit

    Hello all,

    Trying to creat a KEYCODE list that is compatable with BONES from spirit to rescan a cut. Bones will only accept a .kcl file.

    Any advice on how to create this file from Avid?

    Avid FilmScribe can export a scan list in the most basic of all text based formats: TAB Delimited file. I ma not familiar with the .kcl file – can you post an example of one or send me one at michael@24p.com?

    You can also check with the Bones manufacturer to import a TAB file as that is very straightforward to do.
