  • How do I create a Blood dripping effect FROM a Layer INTO a text?

Here’s one I haven’t been able to find an answer to.
I am creating a logo with teeth that bite down on the first part of the text, then blood is supposed to drip out from under the teeth and create the word “Productions”. First part is complete. The blood dripping is the problem. The closest tutorials I have found are for creating blood dripping FROM the text with the liquify effect. In this case the result looks like the letters are just streaking onto the screen instead of naturally following a path in the shape of each letter. Any Ideas?

You could probably adapt this technique if you have particular.
