How do i copy protect my media / Add company info to Windows Media?
I’m using Vegas to encode my windows media files for our web demos, etc.
The only worry I have is copy protection or at least to be able to Credit my work in the media info.
Can I do this VIA Vegas WMV encoding or do I have to go through Windows Media Encoder.
Vegas does a great job of quality and tweaking for WMV and I want to maintain that quality.
If I have to use another program such as WM encoder, can I just add “attributes” and leave the encoding to Vegas to preserve quality?
++ thoughts on this subject for others who worry about their work, ++ You may want to do the same. Evidently there is a certain percentage of the population does not understand or can read plain English when we post “all images and materials copyrighted”.
I have seen and had reports of other videographer “Newbies” (do we call them videographers or Hacks?)
posting my images from my site in the past… even one guy shoplifted some of my work who was making training materials for wedding video on EBAY… There’s one of my Images.. right one the Ebay Add.. how Stupid can you get?OK… any suggestions on what to do. Not really up on WMV as I always used RealMedia servers in the past (because windows media encoder -at the time- looked like heck…)
I’ve migrated to Windows Media as I think it’s leaps and bounds over Real Media at this point. (and a no brainer with Vegas)
Thanks All!!
