How do I change the white space surrounding a page in InDesign?
I’m sure it’s a stupid question but I searched and couldn’t find the answer.
Can someone tell me how to change the amount of white space surrounding the page in an indesign document: https://imgur.com/JtAAT

You really don’t have a lot of control over it. However, the setting you are looking for is in:
Preferences>Guides & Pasteboards>Pasteboard Options>Minimum Vertical Offset
I think default is set to 1in.
