How do I change the keyboard shortcuts for transport controls?
I have been trying to swap the keyboard shortcut for the ‘pause’ button to SPACE and the ‘play’ button to ENTER for some time now but I cannot work out how.
I have tried Options>Customise Keyboard
and have set Trimmer Transport.Pause Space
and Trimmer Transport.Play Enter
to no effect,
and also TrackView Transport.Pause Space
and TrackView Transport.Play Enter
but all this does is make the pause button display that it has both the Space and Enter buttons as shortcuts when the mouse is hovered over it, while the play button just has Space as a shortcut! -

What you can do is make the Spacebar Pause instead of Stop (which is how I have Vegas set up) but the Enter key will also do this. Just go into Options | Preferences | General and check Make spacebar and F12 Play/Pause instead of Play/Stop.
