June 6, 2005 at 11:45 amThe .m2v and .wav files are elementary streams (video + audio) that DVD authoring apps use as “assets” to author a DVD.
Pro can burn a DVD from the timeline by chooing File>Export>Export to DVD. Have a blank in your burner first. -

would the quality of the dvd be good, or should i use a difrent program than premier pro?

June 6, 2005 at 7:39 pmYes, a blank disc in your DVD burner. The quality will be fine if you will choose the “NTSC DV 4×3 high Quality 7MB CBR 1 pass” preset as the Encoding Preset.
The disadvantage of this Pro process is that you cant do a menu/chapter thingy, but it does not sound like you are ready for that quite yet.
