How do I add master clips to timeline based on Timecode
Hey guys,
I am working on a multigroup in Media Composer and have a lot of time code breaks for each of the 3 cameras I am working with. I typically would just add the first and last clip to the respective video track in the timeline and then enter the start timecode for each clip in between and place the clips into the timeline. However, I think there is a way to add the clips to a timeline by selecting all clips for one camera in the bin and adding to the timeline, but I do not know the process for doing that. Hopefully that makes sense and one of you might be able to enlighten me on how to do this. It would save me a great deal of time, so if you have any ideas or know of a link that explains what I am looking for please let me know.

Select all clips for a cam and choose AutoSequence (I think it’s under the Clip Menu).
AutoSequence will place selected master clips onto a timeline, where their source TC equals sequence master TC. -
Thanks.. I will give that a try. For some reason I thought there was more to it than that.
