How do I add a video clip to entire program in DVDA (replace a chapter)
I need to replace a small segment of video at the end of a 1.4 hr program.
I know this may not work for this instance becase i would still have the existing video that needs replacement in the mpg file, but in the future, can I take individual mpgs and play them as 1 program – as a whole movie without noticible breaks – yes each segment is a fade to and from black – but would there be a noticible ‘stall”.
Just checking on options on how to fix things in the future.
any clues on if i can deleted part of this original timeline of the program I have now and add the replacement clip at the end and play it as one complete “event”… The replacement piece is right at the final chapter point. if this helps with any clues.

Wayne,
Add the new ending to the project overview, then reset the end of the media you want to change to the new outpoint. Then make the end action of the changed media to be the new ending media.
You can link assets through end actions or playlists.
