    Do you have a tutorial for it? I saw you posted it on another site and I downloaded it but I couldnt figure out how to do the desired effect

    I dont have a video tutorial for it, I can make one in the next few days. But what you have to do is stack your two video tracks on top of each other, and apply the effect to the top layer. The flicker amount slider adjusts how fast the flicker is. Everything else can be left alone and it will create your desired effect.

    If you want to match the beat of the music… like in the video, you can achieve the same thing through actual editing.

    I love the fact that people can’t even be bothered to cut frames any more. How is downloading and using a filter (that would never do exactly what you wanted) quicker than just using the razor blade to cut frames out?

    OTOH, I did use the blink filter in FCP for this effect a few times – but it was never exactly what I wanted…
