how did they realize this motion transition?
hello
i try to figure it out, how they realize the amazing transitions in this movie:

or download here: https://www.filesonic.com/file/1710796234/LEARN.avii ve looked at it frame by frame and it seems for me that its a mix between camera work and an effect. or is it only an effect? can i realize this with ae cs5? is there a tutorial or can someone help me out and explain.
