    you can achieve this effect by masking out freeze frames and motion tracking them into the shot. Here’s a tutorial:

    Hey Roy,

    Adding to Julian’s excellent recommendation.

    If you are using multiple actors in the final composit, and in a bit of a rush, you could use a difference key. It will take some planning + you may want to use a programmable motion control rig for the camera.

    But you’ll save yourself a lot of time if you accurately storyboard and map out the shoot.
