Activity Forums Adobe After Effects Expressions how can this be done easyily

    Each frame of a movie mapped on to a “card”? That would be pretty much work and indeed expressions seem the only way around this (time remapping and recyclings the cards over and over). Will have to give this some more thought, maybe I’ll have something for you some time later (if I don’t forget).

    Maybe you could export from video editing software as consecutive stills then animate the layers in 3d space to come to rest at equal intervals ie. every frame.

    That he could do, but eve nat just 5 seconds this would make 125 layers at 25 fps, which is already pretty much and slowing down everything. I would try to avoid that and adding some expressions and re-using the layers over and over would do that.

    and the other problem is that i can-t change the source
    footage after exporting it from the nle.
    (and as you know: there are clients that wants to
    change thinks 🙂
