  • How can I render A DVD – H264 MP4?

Posted by Bruno Simon on August 1, 2012 at 10:50 pm

    Hi.
I sent a short film to a festival. It was selected for exibition and they ask me to send a DVD – H264 MP4 for projection.
I made this short filme on Sony Vegas 10. How can I render the session in a DVD – H264 MP4?
    Hope you could help me.
    Thanks,
    Bruno

A DVD playable in a DVD player uses the Mpeg-2 format – not negotiable. You can render an mp4 and burn it to a data dvd. To do this select the Sony AVC codec and choose a template under that that best matches your project and quality you want to deliver.

Hi Jeff, thanks for you attention.
the original project is 720×576 25.000 PAl 1,4568 (PAL DV Widescreen)

For a correct and best resolution possible in Sony AVC encode to MP4 (Is this the best option for MP4?) what will be the best settings?

    Thanks for your attention,
    Bruno
