I notice when switching between PS and AE that the contrast (I gather the gamma) changes. So that after working on a photo in PS I get different results in AE and am not sure which to go with. Off course after all that there is still the problem of getting both to look more 601 like (ie to look like a CRT video display). It would be cool if you could change the contrast of just the comp window and source window to reflect different display types, just like you can with Aspect correction.

    Any suggestions welcome.

    Cheers

If you’re having colour changing troubles between the two programs change the colour space you’re working on in Photoshop. Go to Edit>Color Preferences and see if any of the other colour spaces works better for you.
