How can I make plugins of my own?
Hi there:
I’m interested in making up a plugin for AE.But I don’t know anything about it.How can I begin with it?What tool can be used to make plugins?Is there any articles about this question?

To create After Effects plugins you will need a reasonably strong background in appropriate programming skills, plus a programme language compiler appropriate to the Platform you are using. These requirements are all documented in Bruce Bullis’ Software Development Kit (SDK) for Adobe After Effects Plugins, which you can download free from here:

A little outdated but should give you a good feel for how to start.
Otherwise, C/C++ knowledge and an understanding of programming graphics is essential.
