how can i make brakeing glass fx
hi
is there away to make the fx of breaking glass
or shattering fx of glass
can i use footage of glass and break it can i take alittle bit of that footage and turn it into emitter fx ?

In the August 2003 Library (I think) there is a glass shatter emitter which could help add to the effect.

Also, if you want to do it yourself, here are some looping debris sequences I made a while back. If you use them as the emitter shape for one of your emitters, it may help:
