    I’m starting to think the easiest way to achieve this is to use a real felt marker on real paper, then scan it in. Is there a way to get the same look digitally using Photoshop and/or Illustrator?

    You can see a sample of the look I am trying to get here: (the dark blue at the bottom of the screen at the end of the clip)

    You can also do in PS… set brush to multiply.. tweak settings in brush palette
