  How can i get such a distorting???

  hi everybody,watch video , and see there circle coming and everything distorting inside this circle,Distorting words there for exaple: “INFORMATION”, “DIRECTLY” ,”FROM YOUR PEOPLE” … how can i do this effect exactly? first is original , but second is i try to do it with CC Lens, but i dont get exactly this effect,i want exactly this effect: distorting , reflecting on moving and scaling ellipse, but dont distort the which layer is still image,i hope you understand me.. sorry for my bad english
