  • how can I get from marker to excel?

I find it easier to log audio material in fcp with markers rather than subclipping, so I dont lose timecode. However, I was wondering how I could batch export all of the log notes I’ve now written in the markers into a text file. Dont know if its possible, but it would be quite nice… Anyone have a clue?

I would twirl the triangle next to the clip with markers to reveal them, then option drag them to a new bin, and then export a final cut pro batch list from that bin, and import that into excel.

I’m not near my system now, and there may be other ways to do this also.
