How can I format a Motion 5 video so that it is the correct size for iMovie?

I am not sure can you tell me how to find out. I am fairly new to editing.

Sorry, I have never used iMovie so I’m not sure how to do that…I’m assuming your sequence settings are the same as your clips settings. To find that out open your clip in Quicktime. Go to Window, Show Movie Inspector. Then tell me what your format is and FPS.
