How can I do this?
Anyone ever watch Sportscenter on ESPN HD and see how they sometimes show 4:3 video in widescreen? The regular video is still 4:3 and then the sides show an out of focus shot of the same video to fill out to 16:9. It seems that this might be a way to get a “widescreen” video without losing video quality. Any thoughts on my theory and any ideas of how to do it. Thanks.

Put the same video on a track below and expand it with track motion controls. Add blur.
