    Thank you for the feed back. I already tried those tutorials but the particles are too small. I need square particles.

    It is trapcode particular, linear wipe effect.. I have a tutorial about that technic and here is the link:

    You could also use Shatter and move the force across the text. Change the gravity to make it the particles go the direction you want. And hey, they’ll even have depth.

    Also if you have it you can easily do it with BCC layer deformer, using the shatter option on a plane with your logo as the texture layer.
