How can i do this particular effect ?
Hi everyone, i just started to learn After Effect, and after many attempt i could not do the exact effect i want, so here i am asking for help 🙂 .

The creator told me that he used after effects, and many plugins, included trapcode particular. But i tried many times, and i can’t reproduce the same effect.
