    i’d like to know if there’s a filter i can use to mimic the adjusting signal effect like the one on the following clip (check the link below). it starts around 33 seconds into the movie. does it look like this was done with premiere? i’m not too sure. please let me know soon. thanks! 🙂

    There is a CreativeCow AE podcast that covers creating a very similar effect. It’s from a while back but is probably still posted.
    There is also a stock AE effect filter that you could throw onto an exported chunk of a Premiere project. Check out Animation Presets>Image-Special Effectts>Bad TV, and there’s several bad tv options.
