How can I create this animation?
Hi everyone!
I have a client that I need to recreate this picture collage morphing into a logo / path as can be seen here:

I know how to do it in essence, but it’s very labor intensive of setting keys for each image and moving it to where it needs to be and changing opacity/etc.
Is there any easier way? Does anyone know of a template like this somewhere out there that I might be able to buy for $30 or less (would be worth it for me to save the time). I’ve tried looking for a template but might not be typing in the right thing to find it. I’ve tried “pic collage to shape”, “image collage morph” “image collage logo” and variations of that to no avail.
Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

Any premade animation like that would start cropping the photos as it gets close to the final position to acchieve the desired shape. Is that what you want?
If you have the photos, to position all of them, then animate all the anchor points together and displace the layers in time is not all that time consuming. It may be slow to render due to resolutions. But a template won’t save you that either.
What I’m trying to say is that a template will probably have you lose more time adjusting things to suit your needs than doing from scratch.

I’m not sure exactly if this might work.
But trap code particular:
Start with the letter mask, and have the particles burst out evenly and slowly.
Use custom particles, and apply the photos batch.
You’ll have another layer for the finished letter (in this case, U) Fade out of that first as the photos burst from the U and grow larger
Put everything into 3D space and start close to the letter and pan out as the pictures fly.
Make a new composition and reverse it.
Haven’t tried it myself, but. idk. might work.
