    Hi,

    can sumbody tell me how i can create this look in After Effects?

    you can see that the centre of the text goes inwards,the edge goes outwards,its 3D and has a metal/shiny look to it.
    id like to create that look with my text but i dont know how. can sumbody please explain how?

    That looks like text done in Zaxwerks Invigorator.

    As mentioned, Zaxwerks would do an excellent job at this. However, if you haven’t got Zaxwerks, you could always try it with one of these options [link]. You’d have difficulty with that inset face with some of the techniques.

    You could also try it with Forge Freeform. I haven’t used it myself, but I’ve been wondering if you could use it for 3d text…

    i think ill look into geting Zaxwerks, thanks for the reply and the video link.
