if its vector split the golfer and swoosh into layers.
Use 3D on the golfer and set the anchor at his waist.
you will need to play with the axis and see if the swing looks decent.
The swoosh you can just do a simple mask reveal.
Could be fun to play with 🙂

That logo makes little sense, his arms should be on the oposite side, or at least in the same side as the end of the swoosh.

Otherwise he did what? Spun the club over his head?

I would had a hard time thinking this out… But probably I would duplicate the vector a few times, and create parts for the cap, arms, club, swoosh and torso, so I could make a little bit of anchor/rotation changes and mask/vector handframing.
