    How can I animate a circle filling up?

    I am creating a countdown timer and would like to animate a circle that starts empty and fills up clockwise. Just as you see in a default countdown for the Final Cut Pro countdown screen.

    What would be the best way?

    Effect>transition>radial wipe.
