    How can i animate a 2d shape into a curve rotating forward then back around on itself in After Effects CC.

    Hi there,

    I am trying to animate this arrow image attached using After Effects to move forward in a circular form then back around on itself for a pre loader type graphic.

    I’d like the arrow to curve as if it was moving forward into the cloud curving then back up underneath to it’s original state.

    Sorry, im not sure how to explain it the best. I would love any feedback, help and thoughts.

    I think you need the arrow to rotate in 3D space. If so separate the arrow to a new layer, apply ‘CC Cylinder’, place it in 3D space and animate it.

    Not sure I follow what the desired animation is. A route like this?
