Try the mesh warp or the reshape plugin. But if the airplane rotates too much, you end up having trouble keeping it in shape.

Make a precomp with a tight crop around the text, larger than you need at any point in the footage. Use Mesh Warp with 1 column and 1 row and give it the needed shape that follows the contour, but discounts the perspective — basically that missing additional distortion coming from the roundness of the plane surface that perspective distortion doesn’t provide. Then use corner pin to stick it on the plane. I assume you’re tracking the current text for corner pin.

If there is a lot of “turn-table” motion in the footage you can animate the Mesh Warp.
