How can I add contrast to help roto?
For the life of me, I cannot remember how I used to add contrast to a layer then pre comp and I was able to roto that version, then freeze the roto work and remove the contrast. For some reason, each time I take it to the layer level the contrast is not on there.
Any advice for how to do this properly would be much appreciated!

Hi, I usually add the contrast and other necessary adjustments by adding them in the precomp, not the main comp. Is that the issue?
