How can i achieve this look?

Although it looks easy, i couldn’t find a way to achieve this. I tried shape layers and masking but couldn’t get the same result.+ There must be much more simpler ways of achieving this. Any ideas?

Parent your lines to a null object and keyframe it moving up and down. Put the Hue/Saturation effect on an adjustment layer above your lines and keyframe it changing change colors.
