You can download a model of a phone from somewhere like Sketchfab.

You can create a text layer and add a glow.

If you then precomp this text layer and use it as the source for CC Environment, you should be able to rescale the text until you achieve the an accurate reflection.

Hello to archive this text glow effect you need:

    1. Add Glow effect:

    >Glow colors>A&B Colors

    >Color A>Set color that you need

    >Color B>Set color that you need

    >Color looping>Sawtooth A>B

    >A&B midpoint>0 or 100%

    >Glow Radius>the one that you need

    >Glow Intensity>the one that you need

    2. Crop text into 2 parts with mask

    3. In glow effect>Compositing options(in timeline)>+>Mask 1

    4. Dublicate Mask and move point to cover other part of the text

    5. Dublicate Glow effect >Compositing options(in timeline)>+>Mask 2 (Instead Mask 1)

    >Color A swap with >Color B

    6. Dublicate 2 Glow effects and for both:

    >Glow Radius>decrease

    >Glow Intensity>increase

    7. And to remove sharp edge on masks edges you need to make 2 Masks>Feather>a little bit more
