    Horizontal Shifting with Io

    Hi There,

    We’ve just installed an Io into our ex-cinewave system. We’re experiencing a horizontal shifting during playback of timelines. Has anyone experienced this? It’s randomly happening so I can never accurately reproroduce the problem. I know it is not a media issue because the media went in clean on recently cleaned drives. Any advice would be apprecited.

    It only happens for a frame at a time.

    What are you feeding the IO as your reference signal?

    Are you using a Horita BlackBurst Generator or just looping the refence from the deck?

    What are your Driver versions?

    What format are you feeding the IO? (BetaSP, DVCPRO, DV etc.)

    Are you seeing the horizontal shift on your external production monitor or just your computer monitor?
