I use VegasPro10 and Nikon D7000 1080 video. After rendering, when playback on Vegas and on WindowsMediaPlayer, sometimes the people show flashes of dark horizontal lines. It looks like some kind of video breakup, but only on the people figures. What settings, and render settings, to use to prevent that? Or, is that normal for playback on computer?

    Also:
Besides selecting “Best” quality in the render settings, what other setting can I use for the highest quality picture (and, truest to the camera’s capabilities)? Best settings for DVD, and, BluRay? For broadcast? And, for video streaming on website?

    thnx.

These are most likely interlace lines. If your going to play them back on DVD or Bluray, The player will de-interlace it for you. If your wanting to play them back on your PC, then you may want to de-interlace them as you will see them.
