  Horizontal bars on render

  I use Sony Vegas to bring in VHS media at DV content and manipulate it. The original DV fills my monitor in Windows Media Player when I view it. If I Render it to uncompressed or Lagarith codec and play it in WMP it has like 1 inch horizontal bars on the top and bottom. If I resave (doesn’t recompress) as DV again it’s full screen with no bars as well. Any idea why this is happening? Not sure it’s actually happening or if WMP and WMP classic are just displaying it that way. On Vegas 8.0b by the way.
